SettleSettle operates an automated, reliable settlement loop that ensures that your processed transaction earnings are routed to your local accounts without manual friction.

T+1 Settlement Model (Pending Balance)#

For fiat rails (Paystack and Flutterwave), SettleSettle implements a secure T+1 Settlement Ledger to prevent chargebacks and coordinate secure bank clearings:

1. Transaction Split Allocation: When a user makes a payment, SettleSettle immediately applies your predefined subaccount split parameters:
2. 96.5% of the processing volume is allocated to your developer ledger.
3. SettleSettle collects a 3.5% transaction commission fee.
4. Pending Balance Credit: Your 96.5% earnings are instantly credited to your developer balance under the pendingKobo ledger, keeping your dashboard logs in perfect synchronization.
5. Background Payout Cron:
6. The platform runs an automated payout scheduler every 24 hours.
7. The cron sweeps your funds from pendingKobo → availableKobo exactly 1 day (T+1) after transaction confirmation.
8. It aggregates your total availableKobo earnings and automatically triggers a local bank clearing or SPL token transfer.

Settlement Rails#

• Fiat Payouts: Handled via secure local bank clearing networks. Payouts land directly in your connected Nigerian bank accounts in NGN.
• Solana Web3 Payouts: Submits an immediate SPL token transfer of USDC directly to your registered wallet address, bypassing standard bank holidays and traditional banking delays.
